Shipping
Standard Shipping - The majority of our orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service Priority and Global Priority Mail Service. Our secondary shippers are UPS, Airborne/DHL and Fed Ex. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep 3-8 business days after receipt of your order.
Next Day - There is an added cost for next day service and the order must be submitted prior to 2:00PM EST to be guaranteed for the very next business day. Orders shipped Friday for Next Day Service will be delivered the following Monday unless special Saturday Delivery arrangements are made. Also, please note that certain products are not available for next day service.
Returns & Exchanges
Jake's Dog House will accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase only if the item(s)are in new condition. Also, certain items are non-returnable (these will be noted in the item descreption). Any exceptions need to be approved prior to return. Please email us at info@jakesdoghouse.com with details.
